(1) After the operation, determine the time of eating, getting out of bed, and indwelling catheter
(2) Carefully monitor changes in symptoms and signs such as body temperature, surgical incision, subcutaneous hematoma or emphysema, exhaust or defecation, and timely detect and treat postoperative complications
(3) Postoperative upper abdomen (septal ribs) and shoulder pain are caused by residual carbon dioxide in the abdomen to stimulate the peritoneum. Generally, no special treatment is required. If necessary, oxygen can be given to promote carbon dioxide removal or oral analgesics.
