The tips of the electrode ball looks like a ball, it is mainly used to stop bleeding and cutting the endometrium. The surface of the ball should be smooth to ensure the effective of electrocoagulation. Besides the electrocoagulation, the electrode ball also used to cauterize and remove diseased tissue.
The electrode needle is used to cut the endometrium and fibroid surface, the tips of the needle is sharp, when you are cutting ,you should gently touching the uterine cavity and cut gently. There will be lots of bubble when electrode and it is easier to enter the uterine horn than electrode loop and easier to cut the fallopian tube polyps.
